About me
My name is Alexandra Mekkín Pálsdóttir. I am Icelandic and located in Heidelberg, Germany, I’m a Dance Movement Therapist with a Master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy from SRH University of Heidelberg (2024). My work is rooted in the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and change.
